Residents judge a building at the front door, at the bin room and at the pool. We have broken the Eclipse scope into these three zones, each with its own checklist, touch points and rhythm.
Every resident and visitor walks through here. The foyer sets the standard for the whole building, so it gets the most attention and the most touch-point cleaning. Hover or tap a task to find it in the foyer.
Small surfaces, high traffic. Door handles, push plates, lift buttons and intercoms are where germs move between residents. This is the routine every Eclipse cleaner follows on every touch point.
Disinfectant goes onto a folded microfibre cloth, never straight onto the handle. No drips, no residue.
Top, underside and back plate, then the surrounding push zone. The underside is where fingers actually grip.
The surface stays wet for the product's stated contact time. That dwell is what actually kills germs.
Buffed dry with a fresh cloth, then the round is ticked off on the QR checklist so the Building Manager can see it was done.
Rubbish arrives from every floor through the chute. Our job is to keep it moving, keep the room clean and dry, and have every bin ready for council on time. Then we wash the bins and the floor so the room never smells.
Hover or tap a bin. Stream allocation and collection day confirmed against the council schedule at mobilisation.
Collection shown on Thursday, as set out in the tender.
This is where residents spend their own time, often barefoot. Wet areas need to be safe, glass needs to be clear and gym equipment needs to be wiped where hands and skin touch it. The dotted line is the daily vacuum route.
The ground floor takes the largest share because it is the busiest and most visible. The garbage room needs steady daily attention plus a heavy collection day. Level 2 is wet-area work that has to be done carefully.
Indicative split, refined after the site audit.
Surfaces disinfected every service day.
Daily work keeps the building presentable. Weekly and periodic work stops grime building up on glass, stone, vents and stairs. Every frequency below comes from the Eclipse scope.
A typical sequence for the onsite cleaner. Busy areas are done early, before residents leave for work. Thursday changes shape around the council collection. Exact times are set with the Building Manager at mobilisation.
Every visit is QR-logged. A Cleaning Supervisor inspects the work, Senior Management reviews it, and anything outside the cleaning scope is reported to the Building Manager the same day.
Once the committee is ready, we walk the building, lock in the task matrix and start with a team that already knows Eclipse.
Joint walk-through with the Building Manager and committee. Finishes, waste access and resident traffic checked.
Every area, task, frequency and method signed off in one document.
Induction, SWMS, chemicals and equipment ready. QR checklists set up before day one.
Weekly supervisor inspections, then a review with the committee to fine-tune the schedule.
